Blog of Sound was the created with the purpose to encapsulate people’s passion about music and writing. Reviewing takes the form of positive encouragement, avoiding getting into a trap of negativity about creative work. While you may see personal opinions about music, we make it a point to never paint work as objectively bad, so as to respect the creation process that artists have. This is a particularly salient point as many artists we review are up and coming, and the last thing we want to do is dissuade someone from creating art.
